A series of seminars run by the "Bank of China zero-credit - loan financial service for Zhongguancun SMEs" was held successfully in January 2014.

Officials from the administrative committee of Zhongguancun Science Park, members of the business management department of the People's Bank and other related government departments, people in charge of the Beijing branch of Bank of China, and over 100 enterprises executives attended the activities.

The seminars aimed at promoting scientific financial innovations in Zhongguancun, and guiding banks and assurance companies to enhance the credit service for SMEs in the pilot zone.

The activity is part of a strategy to accelerate the go-international policy for companies in Zhongguancun, by explaining in detail the Bank of China's advantages in international settlements and overseas establishment linkage services. These seminars helped Zhongguancun enterprises understand the overseas investment and financing environment, decreasing the enterprises' costs through financial service, and offering specialized guidance and support on all related financial problems.

Representatives from Bank of China introduced its relevant products, supportive methods in finance, and the investment environment in Malaysia, answered questions on companies' legal issues, and shared successful experiences of the Bank of China.

The Beijing branch of Bank of China will now organize training courses and offer all-dimensional financial services to help companies in the Zhongguancun Science Park go international.
