Vincent Perrin, commercial counselor of the French embassy to China, recently held a meeting with officials from international and industrial offices from the administrative committee of Zhongguancun Science Park.

Perrin suggested hosting an exchange meeting for energy conservation and environmental protection enterprises during the 2013 Zhongguancun Forum.

Officials from the international office said they have long been involved in promoting the international development of Zhongguancun-based enterprises. The Zhongguancun Forum is not only an important brand for the science park but also a communication platform for people from the international technology industry.

The exchange meeting will promote communication between enterprises from China and France and is also expected to increase the Zhongguancun Forum's brand influence.

Both sides discussed the timing and layout of the exchange meeting. Perrin said he would contact the French innovation minister's office and invite the minister to the 2013 Zhongguancun Forum.
