Founded in July 2008, TVMining is engaged in TV resource processing and TV information services. The company has established itself on 3G-based TV information services and garnered clients such as CETV, BTV, Shanxi Television, SMG and Netease.

The company also cooperated with the Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee (GAGOC), Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination and CCTV, participating in the state tri-network integration project, a project that seeks to integrate telecom, radio and TV, and Internet networks.
