The Beijing Solar Energy Industry Association (SEIA) was established in December 2013 as a non-profit association, with headquarters in Beijing and backed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission.
SEIA has 11 members companies, and five departments – the administration, expert committee, training and consulting, market information, and quality testing.
SEIA's goal is to provide services to PV industrial enterprises.
