Huainan adds three 3A scenic spots
Updated: 2013-08-15

Three scenic spots in the city of Huainan, Anhui province, were selected as national AAA scenic spots on August 5. The scenic spots are Tianbao Shuangyi Cultural Park, Houhu Ecological Park and Huaishang Huifeng Park.

Tianbao Shuangyi Cultural Park, located at the foot of Bagong Mountain, displays the manufacturing technologies of the Shouzhou Kiln and Zijin Inkstone – two provincial intangible cultural heritages.

Houhu Ecological Park, 25 kilometers from the urban district of Huainan, is an agricultural industrial park built on an abandoned mine. It functions as a tourism attraction and environmental protection site.

Huaishang Huifeng Park in Lichong Hui township, Fengtai county, is the only place exhibiting the Hui ethnic group's customs in Anhui. The first phase of the project covers an area of 3.3 hectares, containing functional zones and providing multiple services.
