The eighth China Huangshan Mountain Bicycle Festival is set to be held from April 12 to 14 at Hongcun of Yixian county, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Roughly 600 professional and 1,000 amateur cyclists from more than 20 countries will take part in the annual tournament organized by the Chinese Cycling Association.
The tournament consists of four events: 20-kilometer cross-country, 80-kilometer challenge, 14-kilometer trial for adults, and children's 4-kilometer race.
During the festival, the county will stage a kaleidoscope of activities including folk shows and photo exhibitions.
