Anna Nicole Smith - in the shape of a cookie

Artist Michel Mouris has created a sweet memorial to late model/actress Anna Nicole Smith - in the shape of a cookie.

The Los Angeles-based animator and celebrity confectionary creator felt compelled to turn larger-than-life Anna Nicole into a piece of cookie art after the former Playboy Playmate passed away last week in Florida.

And his new artpiece has inspired Mouris to get cookie creative with a number of other big names.

He says, "Right now, I'm working on Tyra Banks and have plans to do others - Paris Hilton, Britney, Courtney Love, Pam Anderson and Linday Lohan."

The artist, who has already created an American idol line of arty cookies, claims each big star biscuit takes him "a few days" to perfect.

He says, "They began as a hobby and have evolved into something more."

Mouris, who exhibits his odd art on his website MilkFat.com, is currently looking for gallery representation so he can show off his celebrity-themed cookies.
