Warm up on a cold winter night with this low calorie favorite.

INGREDIENTS

* 2 tablespoon sugar
* 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
* 3 cups fat-free milk
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS

1. In a medium saucepan stir together sugar and cocoa powder. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.

2. Heat over medium heat until warm. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Makes 4 (6-ounce) servings.
