Nicole Richie has caught a lot of flack for her skinny frame, but now she's being targeted by animal rights organization PETA for putting on fur.The ˇ®Simple Life' star topped PETA's recently released ˇ®Worst-Dressed' List.
"This pelt-wearing party girl is all animal skin and bones," PETA wrote in a
press release. "She's an incredible shrinking woman with the heart to match."
