Air China fleet upgraded

Air China, the country's flagship carrier, plans to import 19 Boeing 777-300ER planes for use on long-haul flights, such as between Beijing and Frankfurt, and London and Paris, to replace the current Boeing 747-400 planes.

The first Boeing 777-300ER has already arrived in Beijing from Seattle. The wide-body plane is said to be the most comfortable and luxurious of all of Boeing planes. It features flat seats for first- and business-class passengers and electric sockets for every seat. The model also produces less noise and is fuel efficient.
