 中国日报网环球在线消息：据英国媒体报道，世界贸易组织（WTO）总干事拉米表示，可能将于12月13日至15日期间召开部长级会议，试图突破已经持续7年未果的多哈回合谈判。 不过在12月1日致世贸组织成员的传真中，拉米明确表示他不清楚各国的立场是否足够一致来召开这次会议。
