Xinjiang Ludadi Steel Structure Engineering Co, Ltd was established in 1996.

It is located in No 19 Changsha Road, Urumqi high-tech industrial zone, in Xinjiang. It enjoys tranquil environments and convenient traffic conditions.

As a result of years of development, the company has grown into a large specialized company in Xinjiang with advanced technologies and equipment. It has a second-grade certificate for steel structure project contracts.

The company is a member of the China Construction Metal Structure Association and a director unit of the Shanghai Metal Structure Association.

It is among the 30 non-government enterprises receiving key support from the regional government.

It is an AAA credit company in Urumqi city.

1. Staff workers and institution setting

The company has 580 staff workers, including 16 senior engineers (two national first-grade structure engineers), 46 engineers, and 60 assistant engineers and technicians.

The company comprises the steel structure design institute, marketing department, finance department, purchase department, production technology department, engineering department, quality service department, comprehensive office, steel structure plant, and color steel contour plate plant.

2. Factory building and device configuration

The company has a 15,000-square-meter standard industrial building and supporting facilities. The devices include:

(1) Digital control flame cutting machine; (2) H-shape steel erection machine;

(3) Gantry automatic submerged arc welding machine; (4) H-shape steel leveling machine

One box column production line (the only one in Xinjiang)

(1) Digital control flame cutting machine; (2) (12.5-meter-long) edge miller;

6. Product and production capacity:

(1) Products: H-shape steel, box column and girder, cold bending thin wall structural steel, metal contour plate. The company’s box columns and girders are evaluated by the regional science and technology department as a “regional level new product” and a “high-tech product.” They are ideal to construct multistory and high-rise steel structures.

(2) Production capacity: The company is able to annually produce 15,000 tons of H-shape steel, box columns and girders, cold bending thin wall structural steel. It is also able to produce 1.5 million square meters of floor decks, color steel core-boards and color steel contour plates in a year.

7. Outstanding achievements:

Since its establishment, the company has independently designed, produced and constructed 150 projects, with an overall floorage of 1.2 million square meters. They are related to sectors of the petrochemical industry, electric power, railway, grain and oil, food, medicine, light industry, textile, commerce, logistics, culture and sport, steel, and building materials. The projects spread across the region.

The company has won a good reputation from business owners, because of its high engineering quality, short construction period, and improved after-sale service mechanisms.
