分管工作：协助郭洪昌同志主持市政府常务工作。负责政府责任目标管理、绩效考核、建议提案办理、政府应急管理，整顿和规范市场经济秩序、社会信用体系建设，编制管理，职称改革、军转干部安置、人事仲裁，就业再就业、社会保障、劳动仲裁、农民工工作，财政税务、预算追加审批、税源建设，政府法制，金融监管、金融保险，接待工作，行政仲裁，机关事业单位国有资产管理，洛阳史志，妇女儿童等方面的工作。
