Kris Humphries has no nerves ahead of his marriage to Kim Kardashian.

The professional basketball player - who is due to tie the knot with the reality TV star on Saturday (20.08.11) at a private estate in Montecito, California - insisted he isn't feeling apprehensive about the couple's nuptials because he plays sport in front of thousands of people week-in week-out.

When asked whether he was nervous ahead of the big day, he told Access Hollywood: "Jitters? No man, I play in the NBA, baby!

"No, I'm just kidding. I'm excited. Everything's good."

Kim, who revealed earlier this week she is trying to stay calm about the wedding, explained she and the rest of her family - who include mum Kris Jenner and sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian - excel when they are put "under pressure".

The brunette beauty added: "I think we do well in chaotic situations. We do good under pressure and that's just kind of who we are."

Khloe - who was the last Kardashian to tie the knot when she married Lamar Odom in Los Angeles in September 2009 - has advised her sister to "enjoy" her big day because it passes by "so fast".

She told Us Weekly: "It's not about having everything perfect. At some point in your wedding, take your husband in a corner and just be quiet and look and enjoy the whole presence of it. And just look and enjoy because it goes so fast...it's amazing."
