Store promotion leads to fight
A supermarket had egg on its face after a fight broke out last Wednesday during a promotion for cheap eggs, reports Shanghai Morning Post. A massive queue of over 100 customers immediately formed after the supermarket revealed it was selling the eggs at two-thirds of the market price. As the cheap eggs started to run out, a woman surnamed Du grabbed two bags and started an argument with a member of the store's security staff, leading to a full-scale fight between Du, six other customers, and security staff.
