But South Korean chief delegate Song Min-soon indicated the negotiating
session, now in its sixth day, could drag on.
"We are not doing this under a set time frame, so we will continue
negotiations to coordinate each party's interest given the draft we have now,"
he told reporters.
The latest session of the fourth round has been overshadowed by North Korea's
demand for the right to a light-water nuclear reactor, a demand the United
States has rejected.
North Korea has also demanded that aid and security guarantees flow before it
dismantles any of its nuclear programs.
Washington, supported by Tokyo, wants Pyongyang to clearly, verifiably and
irreversibly dismantle all its nuclear programs before giving the aid and
guarantees.
