 A man arrested after he was found in the grounds of Buckingham Palace earlier 
Wednesday was released on bail to return on a date in February, Scotland Yard 
said.
 The 27-year-old was understood to be a drunken prank and not 
terrorist-related, according to a Sky News report.
 A Scotland Yard spokesman said police responded immediately to an alert 
triggered by an alarm system within the palace grounds earlier Wednesday 
morning.
 "A short while later a man was found at the perimeter wall," he said.
 The arrest came after Daily Mirror reporter Ryan Parry last month disclosed 
he had posed as a footman at Buckingham Palace during the build-up to the state 
visit by US President George W. Bush.
 Parry's story then prompted British Prime Minister Tony Blair to order a 
full-scale review of royal security.
