Biography of Yang Wanming

Yang Wanming, Director-general, Department of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs of the Chinese Foreign Ministry.

Yang Wanming was born in March 1964 in Beijing. He received a doctorate degree from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2008.
