President Hu's envoy to attend Mali's independence celebrations

BEIJING - Chinese President Hu Jintao's envoy Li Shenglin will attend a ceremony marking the 50th anniversary of Mali's independence on September 22.
Li, China's minister for transport, will attend the ceremony to be held in the Malian capital, Bamako, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said here Monday.
