YICHANG - Ten bodies have been recovered from the ship that capsized last week in central China's Hubei Province, rescuers said Thursday.

Four people are still missing after the accident, which happened at around 5:30 a.m. on a reservoir in Shuibuya Town, Badong County, on April 21.

Nine trucks, which were on the vehicle-carrying vessel, had also been lifted from the water as of Thursday, said a statement issued by the headquarters of the rescue team.

The Qingjiang No. 8 capsized as it was docking and two of the 16 trucks on board rolled off, rescue officials said last week.

Rescuers were still searching for the missing people, and the cause of the accident was under investigation, the statement said.
