College grad who made porn site goes to jail

An unemployed college graduate has been sentenced to three years in prison after profiting 310,000 yuan in ad revenue from his porn site in just three months, according to China News Service.
The man surnamed Li, from Jingdezhen, a city in east China's Jiangxi province, was found guilty for disseminating pornographic materials. Dropping into unemployment after graduating from college, Li created the porn site at the end of 2008, posting obscene video files, pictures and other pornographic materials, according to the local procuratorate.
Within three months his website had 556 registered members and more than 640,000 views, bringing him a considerable amount of advertising and a total of 310,000 yuan in profit.
Li argued the high number of page views was due to a special data magnifying software. The court found him guilty of the charges and he now faces three years behind bars.
