Mayor commits suicide in Fujian

Mayor Zhang Guosheng of Putian city in East China's Fujian province has killed himself by jumping off the local government office building on Wednesday evening.
Zhang has been the mayor of Putian for three years.
The case is now under investigation and it is not clear whether Zhang had been scrutinized by discipline authorities.
