NANNING: Six people were killed Sunday after a building in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region collapsed, local police said Monday.
The victims were demolishing an old building in a village of Laibin City when it collapsed at around 5 pm. They were rushed to a local hospital but died after treatment failed, said a spokesman with the municipal police.
The police were investigating the case, he added.
