The delegation, led by He Yiting, deputy director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee, is invited by the United Russia (UR).

As Chinese and Russian ruling parties, the CPC and UR launched a dialogue mechanism in June last year in Beijing. The theme of the upcoming second meeting is "the Post-Crisis Mission and Role of the Chinese and Russian Ruling Parties".

Participants at the meeting will have an in-depth exchange of views on how to handle complicated issues and enhance their ruling capacity in the new circumstances, said Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.
