The world's bankers are still hard to agree with each other on what to do in the future, as reflected in their opinionns at Davos.

Some old guards, like Robert Diamond Jr, president of the Barclays, are trying to prevent major regulatory changes.

Some, like billionare investor George Soros, are supporting US president Barak Obama's proposal that banks holding deposits should not own or invest in hedge funds or PE funds.

While others, no matter what changes to take place in future, are busy chasing new business and new clients, HSBC's move of global headquarters to Asia being an example.
