China’s only female governor resigns

China’s solo female governor has quit her job to become vice chairperson of All-China Women’s Federation , people.com.cn reported today.
Song Xiuyan, the governor of Qinghai, resigned at the thirteenth session of eleventh People's Congress of Qinghai province.
The vice governor Luo Huining was elected new governor.
