Pavilion Features

The ceiling is painted with traditional batik craft and walls are decorated with colorful national flags. Five distinctive cities of Sri Lanka, all of which enjoy a long history, will be displayed in an innovative and artistic way to review their histories. Valuable urban heritages are also presented to enlighten the world how Sri Lanka has achieved development together with preservation of its cultural heritages.

Pavilion Highlights

Highlight 1: Tangible Heritages

Maps, models, outdoor scenes, images and artistic creations presented in the pavilion show tangible heritages of Sri Lanka during its development and transformation.

Highlight 2: Features in Sri Lanka

Traditional dances and music will be performed on small stages and world famous Ceylon tea and spices are also available in shops at the pavilion.
