Former Chinese foreign minister Li Zhaoxing, who is a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress, visited the Expo site this morning.

Former Chinese foreign minister Li Zhaoxing, who is a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress, visits the Expo site. [expo2010.cn] 

Led a delegation in charge of foreign affairs with the Chinese National People's Congress, he visited some major structures including the China Pavilion and the Expo Boulevard.

Li also visited Shanghai International Studies University yesterday and shared some stories from his career with about 800 youngsters.

He talked about his participation in Expo preparation as a foreign minister and called himself a "senior volunteer" of the Expo.
