A delegation headed by Republic of Korea's Knowledge Economy Minister Choi Kyung-hwan Sunday visited the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination.

The delegation was greeted by Huang Jianzhi, deputy director general of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, and Huang introduced Choi to the latest preparations for Expo 2010.

Huang first thanked ROK government for putting Expo 2010 as one of its top priorities. He said that the Expo 2010 organizer will spare no effort to offer services and help to the construction and exhibition of the ROK Pavilion. The Expo 2010 organizer will be in close cooperation with the organizer of Expo 2012 Yeosu, Huang added.

Choi said that ROK will try hard to create impressive exhibitions in the ROK Pavilion, ROK Corporate Pavilion and Seoul's UBPA Pavilion. Choi also said he hoped that China and ROK will use Expo 2010 and Expo 2012 Yeosu as opportunities to promote trade, travel, cooperation and communication.

The ROK delegation also visited the ROK Pavilion and ROK Corporate Pavilion under construction at the Expo site.
