Couple with same name refuses to change spelling

A newlywed husband and wife who share their first and last names have refused to change their names, saying their family members had found a way to erase confusion.
The man and his wife, natives of Liuyang, Hunan province, are both named Li Ruyi.
The family now calls the husband Ruyi, while his wife is referred to as Yimeizi (which literally means female Ruyi).
Ruyi, 25, said it was his fate to marry lady Ruyi, 21.
