Man, 31, making money out of breakups

A man in Chongqing municipality has made a business out of helping couples break up.

Li Bo, 31, a real estate consultant, thought of the idea after helping his friend split up with his girlfriend about a year ago.

Li said his friend didn't have the courage to break up with his girlfriend, so he offered to make the dreadful phone call on his friend's behalf.

"That's when I realized I could make an extra buck out of this," Li said.

Li charges 100 yuan for telling either of the two parties that their lover does not wish to extend the relationship any further.

He said in the past one year he had helped break up "more than 100 couples".
