Hu's special envoy meets DPRK vice FM

PYONGYANG: State Councilor Dai Bingguo, Chinese President Hu Jintao's special envoy, met and held talks here with Kang Sok Chu, First Vice Foreign Minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Wednesday.
