Woman, 90, walks 2 km to get ID as son too busy

A 90-year-old old woman from Qingzhou, Shandong province, walked more than 2 km to reach a police station to get a new ID card last week.

Zhang said her son had no time to drop her to the police station so she decided to walk in protest.

It normally takes three months to get a new ID card. However, warmhearted policemen sent her a temporary ID the same afternoon.
