53-year-old woman gives birth to healthy boy

A 53-year-old woman in Xi'an, capital of Shaanxi province, gave birth to a 3.72-kg healthy boy last Friday.

The woman lost her 24-year-old son to a traffic accident in 2008 and she risked her life to receive a successful artificial insemination last December.
