Woman installs cell phone shielding device at home

A woman in Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province, installed a device in her house that shields cell phone signals in a bid to stop her husband from going out with his friends to get drunk at nights.

The woman surnamed Huang, 33, said she was frustrated because her husband, the chief of an advertising firm, received phone calls from friends every night asking him to come out for a drink.

"Each night my husband would return home drunk, which is why I installed the device," Huang said.

However, on Sunday, her husband figured the reason for not getting phone calls off late and decided to stay in office after work to receive phone calls from his friends.
