Failing to burn her alive, man bites off wife's ear

A man was arrested after he bit off his wife's ear after she caught him trying to burn her alive in their Beijing home on Tuesday.

The man was angry because his wife had "slapped their son" who had performed poorly at school.

He was pouring kerosene on his wife's bed when she woke up, resulting in a fistfight.

Cops charged the man with willful injury for ripping off his wife's ear using his teeth.
