Man survives after steel bars pierce through body

A man miraculously survived after falling from an under-construction building and landing right on top of two steel bars that pierced his body in Jilin, Jilin province, on Friday

One 1.4-m-long steel bar pierced his shoulder and another 1-m bar went through his right leg.

It took doctors six hours to remove the steel bars from the man's body. He escaped death with wounds on his lungs, intestines, stomach, and spleen.
