Disgruntled man mails urns to scare ex-girlfriend

Police told a man in Tanghai, Hebei province, that sending funeral urns to his ex-girlfriend was a form of abuse and he should stop it.

The man fell in love with her but she parted with him after he got a job in a neighboring county last August. Even since, he's been angry with her and her family and harassed her through text messages. He even threatened to kill her family members.

He taped her pictures on urns that contained ash and mailed it to her home. The police caught up with him last week and told him to stop.
