Woman's face on man's ID leads to bank trouble

A man surnamed Xu, 28, tried to get help from the media after he realized that the photo on his ID card was that of a woman.

The man from Guangzhou's Panyu district, a migrant worker named Xu, tried to withdraw money from a bank but was turned away.

All other information on the card was correct.

The bank office suggested he complain to the Public Security Bureau.

Xu's hukou is in Henan and it's not easy for him to go back so far away. He needs his money.
