Man, 60, walks seven days to visit son in prison

A 60-year-old man walked seven days and nights in order to visit his son, an inmate at the Shayang prison in Hubei province.

Zhang Shude started his journey in Henan province and walked more than 400 km. He arrived at the prison to see his son, Zhang Wei, 20, on Sunday.

Zhang comes from a poor family.

After prison guards learned about the man's long walk, they bought him a train ticket to get home.
