Man sues brother for donating dad's remains

A Beijing man has filed a lawsuit against his younger brother after he turned over their dead father's remains to Peking Union Medical College.

Wang Gang said that his brother, Wang Qiang, violated his rights and has sued him for 30,000 ($4,397) yuan for mental injury.

However, his brother sniffed at the case in court and provided evidence that it was his father's last wish to donate his body to medical research.

The court has not yet ruled on the lawsuit.
