Beijing court to rule on pyramid scheme

BEIJING -- A Beijing court will announce verdicts on 28 suspects involved in the city's biggest-ever pyramid selling case Monday morning, the court sources said.

The Yilin Wood Company was accused to have swindled 1.68 billion yuan (US$246 million) from investors by promising high returns on sales of woodland.
