Man uses his weight to detain thief for police

A heavy man in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, used his body to hold down a thief until police arrived.

Last Tuesday, Liu, 30, caught a thief who stole his cell phone as he waited for a bus. As the thief used his fist to hit his face, Liu managed to get him to the ground, and sat on him.

As Liu weighed nearly 100 kg, the thief could not move under him. He sighed at the sight of policemen.
