A Swiss artist who operates a farm in the Shunyi district of Beijing and raises hogs, is facing some criticism from online critics.

The farmer tattoos the animals and sells them overseas for more than 1 million yuan ($146,300) each.

The hogs are well fed with foods such as chocolates and ice cream before they are sold. However, when at the age of three months, they get two hours of tattooing per day on their skins.

Many netizens support the idea but others blamed the foreigner's art as being too barbarous for the female hogs.
