WENZHOU, Zhejiang -- A TV reporter was in critical condition Tuesday after falling from the roof of a 25-story building as he was shooting in east China's Zhejiang Province, according to a local TV official.

Bao Cunliang, a Wenzhou TV Station reporter, fell off the station's building at 8:45 a.m. and he was still in critical condition as of 4 p.m. in a hospital, said Dong Jinghai, news director of the city-level TV station.

Dong said there was a strong wind at the time, but it was not clear whether the wind might have caused the reporter to fall.
