China 2007 GDP growth revised up to 13%

BEIJING -- China has revised the growth rate of its  gross domestic product (GDP) for 2007 to 13.0 percent from 11.9 percent, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) said Wednesday.

The National Bureau of Statistics announced the revision on its website that the value of GDP for 2007 is now estimated at 25.73 trillion yuan, up 77.6 billion yuan from the previous estimate.
