Vice foreign minister holds talks with Negroponte

BEIJING -- Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Guangya held talks with visiting US Deputy Secretary of State John D. Negroponte Wednesday morning.

Negroponte, who arrived in Beijing on Tuesday evening, is in Beijing for activities marking the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Sino-US diplomatic relations.
