Criminals advised not to boast about their exploits

A man who robbed 100 yuan ($14.60) more than two years ago was caught after talking about the crime while chatting with colleagues in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province.

Zhu, 19, who escaped after he robbed a van driver in June 2006 was employed as a security guard by a local research institute in the city's Jiangxia district early this year.

But he accidentally let out his secret when chatting with colleagues early this week. Zhu's colleagues immediately sought police help, leading to his detention.
