Commuter loses life kicking stones at bus stop

A middle-aged man was killed when he lost balance and knocked his head on a passing car while kicking stones near a bus stop in Beijing last Wednesday.

The fellow seemed upset, witnesses said, when he unexpectedly kicked a section of curb and fell over just as the car passed by.

They called police, who hurried to the spot and found only that the victim surnamed Han, 43, had died.

Cops notified his family later that day.
