Woman has lucky escape from train's path

A woman miraculously escaped unharmed after a subway train ran over her in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, on Monday.

Wang, 29, accidentally dropped her subway ticket onto tracks and foolishly jumped down to retrieve it.

The driver of an approaching train hit the brakes but couldn't stop in time.

Fortunately Wang, a slim woman, had hidden between the tracks and lay their unhurt until rail workers helped her out.

The train was forced to stop for 19 minutes.
